There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.

OGIA is now on Facebook

The Oklahoma Gang Investigators Association is a non-profit organization consisting of law enforcement and law-enforcement related professionals whose mission is two-fold: to share gang intelligence among our law enforcement members, and to educate the public to the violence associated with gangs. OGIA began in 1993 with a dozen dedicated police officers who met and shared intelligence regarding gang activities in their respective jurisdictions.

Since that time OGIA has grown to a membership in the hundreds and has provided hundreds of training events for its Law Enforcement members and the general public alike. OGIA has achieved this by being active in the community helping host safety fairs, regional meetings and our annual training conference. OGIA’s executive board and members are all Law Enforcement professionals and work diligently every year to put this outstanding Gang Conference on. It has become nationally recognized for its excellence. One of the primary goals of OGIA is to promote and provide a better working relationship and information exchange between gang investigators, specifically regarding all gang related crimes, suspects and investigations with the ultimate goal being the complete elimination of gangs and gang crime in Oklahoma.
